1. Terms of Service

By downloading the MyGiulia app or using the My Giulia Telemetry Analyzer, you agree to these terms provided by Tomasz Żebrowski as Open Source tools "as is."

Safe Use: The user is solely responsible for the safe operation of their vehicle. You agree not to interact with the application while driving.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Tomasz Żebrowski takes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the app or website.

Vehicle/Hardware Damage: No liability for ECU, wiring, mobile devices, or OBD-II adapters.
Safety & Legal: No liability for accidents, injuries, or legal fines.

3. Vehicle Data Privacy & Sovereignty

Your car's data remains yours.

Local Browser Processing: All telemetry files are analyzed locally within your web browser. Data is never uploaded to our servers.
No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transmit telemetry or GPS data to any third parties.

4. Google API Disclosure (Google Drive Access)

Justification: The application is a vehicle telemetry analyzer. It requires the drive.readonly scope so that users can select and download their own JSON trip logs previously uploaded to Google Drive by the companion MyGiulia Android app. All data is processed locally in the browser memory for visualization on charts; no user data is stored on external servers or shared with third parties.

Access Scope: The App requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly scope.
Usage: This is used strictly to read JSON telemetry files selected by the user for visualization purposes.
Data Handling: Files retrieved from Google Drive are processed in the browser's volatile memory and are not stored, cached, or transmitted to any external server.

5. Third-Party Services

We use standard services for stability and performance.

Google Play Services: Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Cookies/Local Storage: Used only to save UI preferences locally on your device.
